its quiche time! feels good to be cooking again

my bacon, zucchini, goat cheese quiche. enjoy


  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 medium size zucchinis sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • half cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 (9-inch) refrigerated pie crust

preheat oven to 375

prepare your pie crust in a tart pan according to the brands instructions. after cooking the crust let it cool.

place your tart pan on a cookie sheet.

assemble quiche by putting zucchinis at the bottom, then the bacon and swiss, then the goat cheese on top.

whisk the eggs, salt and pepper, and heavy cream together.

pour egg mixture into your tart pan. place cookie sheet into the oven for 35-45 mins until mixture has set.

serve with mixed greens and mimosas<3
