my mom saw and bought this magazine to send to my house three weeks ago. she gave it to me while i was in town and i will be sure to pick up the next issue. the mag is called bluecanvas and its fairly new. there is some photography and mixed media but it is mostly painters and paintings. i like many of them but one stood out more then the rest. she has been making me paint and draw all week long. haha. her name is amanda elizabeth joseph. she is 22 years old and has an 8 page spread in this issue. she went to school for graphic design… but her last semester she took oil painting as a requirement. thank god for that. uh those sequins! prepare to be blown awayyyyyy
